These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made in our online shop.
2. Contract Partner, Conclusion of Contract
The contract of purchase is concluded with Wolfgang Steiner.
By placing products in our online shop we submit a binding offer upon the conclusion of a purchase agreement on these articles. You can put the products without obligation into the shopping cart and change or remove your items and entries before submitting your binding order. By clicking on the order button, you submit a binding order for the products contained in the shopping basket. The receipt of the order is confirmed by automated e-mail together with the acceptance of the order immediately after submission.
A binding contract can also be entered into beforehand as follows:
- If you have chosen credit card payment, the contract is entered into at the time the credit card is charged on conclusion of the order.
- If you have chosen PayPal as the payment method, the contract is entered into at the time your payment instruction to PayPal is confirmed.
- If you have chosen payment by DIRECTeBanking, the contract comes into effect when you confirm the payment instruction to SOFORT GmbH.
The languages available for the contract conclusion are German and English.
We save the contract text and e-mail the order details and general business terms to you. You can read the general business terms on this website at any time. Due to security reasons, your previous orders are not displayed on the website anymore.
3. Delivery Conditions
Shipping costs must be paid in addition to the specified product costs. More details about the exact shipping costs can be found next to the individual product offers.
We deliver the products to you. It is not possible to pick them up in a store.
We do not delivery to packing stations.
The following payment options are available in our shop:
If you choose pre-payment as the payment method, we will provide you with our bank details in the order confirmation and will deliver the goods upon receipt of payment.
Cash on Delivery
If you choose cash on delivery as the payment method, you pay the invoice amount in cash to the parcel delivery company. No additional fees apply here.
Your credit card will be debited upon completion of the order.
You pay the invoice amount via the online retailer PayPal. You will first need to register with PayPal if you are not already, then you will have to prove your identity by means of your login data and then confirm to us the payment instruction. You will receive further advice during the order process.
We also offer DIRECTeBanking. In this case, we immediately receive the transfer credit. This will speed up the entire order process. You only need an account number, sort code, PIN and TAN for this. Via the secure payment form of SOFORT GmbH, which is not accessible for retailers, DIRECTeBanking carries out an automated transfer from your online bank account in real time. The purchase price is transferred immediately and directly to the bank account of the retailer. If you choose DIRECTeBanking, a pre-filled in form will open at the end of the order process. This form already contains our bank details. Additionally, the transfer amount and the reference are already filled in in the form. You only have to choose the country in which you have your online account and fill in the sort code. Then you fill in the same data as when registering for online banking (account number and PIN). Confirm your order by entering the TAN. You will immediately receive confirmation of the transaction. In principle, every Internet user can choose DIRECTeBanking as the payment method, if he/she has an activated online account with a PIN/TAN procedure. Please note that a few banks do not yet provide DIRECTeBanking. In cooperation with Klarna, we can offer you the additional payment option of Klarna Invoice. If you are paying by way of Klarna, you will never need to disclose your account data and are only required to pay once you have received the goods. Please note: Delivery to any other address but the invoice address is unfortunately not possible for the payment option Klarna Invoice. We apologize for any inconvenience. 5. Retention of Title
We retain title of ownership to the delivered goods until the purchase price has been paid in full.
6. Transport Damage
We kindly ask that if any of the goods that are delivered to you have obvious transport damages, to please make an immediate complaint to the delivery agent and please contact us immediately. For the purpose of your legal claims and their enforcement, especially of your warranty rights, not making such a complaint and/or contacting us does not have any consequences whatsoever. However, by making a complaint and contacting us, you support us in asserting our claims towards the freight carrier or transport insurance.
7. Warranty and Guarantees
You are entitled to statutory warranty rights. For information about any additional guarantees that may be in place and their detailed conditions please read the text on the pages describing the products and on separate information pages of the online store.
