- help with issues concerning the operation of a product
- information concerning the current stock of offered products
- information on the delivery status of an ordered product

Warranty Conditions - Watches:
- Watches by the following brands are warranted for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase (the warranty certificate will be dated and completed by us):
Alpina, Bruno Söhnle, CvZ, Certina, Daniel Wellington, Hugo Boss, Ingersoll, Jacques Lemans, Junghans, Junkers, Mido, Nixon, Oris, Paul Hewitt, Sinn, Seiko, Tag Heuer, Tommy Hilfiger, U-Boat, Union Glashütte, Zeppelin

The international warranty covers material and manufacturing defects existing at the time of delivery of the purchased watch (“defects”). During the warranty period and by presenting the valid warranty certificate, you will have the right to have any defect repaired free of charge. In the event that repairs are improper to restore the normal conditions of use of your watch, we guarantee its replacement by a watch of identical or similar characteristics.
The warranty for the replacement watch ends twenty-four (24) or thirty-six (36) months (see details above) after the date of purchase of the replaced watch. This manufacturer’s warranty does not cover: the life of the battery; normal wear and tear and aging (e.g. scratched crystal; alteration of the colour and/or material of non metallic straps and chains, such as leather, textile, rubber; peeling of the plating); any damage on any part of the watch resulting from abnormal / abusive use, lack of care, negligence, accidents (knocks, dents, crushing, broken crystal, etc.), incorrect use of the watch and non-observance of the use directions provided; indirect or consequential damages of any kind resulting from e.g. the use, the non-functioning, the defects or the inaccuracy of the watch.
Warranty Conditions - Jewellery:
- Jewellery by the following brands is warranted for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase:
Collection Ruesch, Ti Sento, Palido, Humphrey
Except in cases in which customers are entitled to rescind the contract by law, we reserve the right to satisfy a warranty claim at our discretion through repair, replacement or price reduction. The customer must always prove that the fault existed at the time of delivery. The goods must be inspected immediately after delivery. Any identified shortcomings must be notified to the seller promptly and no later than within 5 days after delivery stating the type and extent of the defect. Hidden defects are to be notified immediately after their discovery. If no shortcomings have been notified or the defect has not been notified in a timely manner, the goods are deemed to have been approved. The assertion of warranty claims or claims for damages and the right to challenge errors on grounds of defects shall be excluded in these cases. The goods are warranted for a period of 24 months from the date of delivery.
